The Colorado Interagency Coordinating Council (CICC) members represent the various statewide constituencies of parents of children who are or were eligible for the Early Intervention Program in Colorado, providers of early intervention services to infants and toddlers birth through two years of age, and state agency representatives that work with the system of supports and services for familes with infants and toddlers, ages birth through two years of age, with a developmental delay or disability.
