Guidelines for Writing & Rating Resolutions

Council Session Resolution Rating-This is how your resolution & author's speech will be evaluated atthe Council Sessions.  It is a combination of this form and theResolution Rubric that will decide if your Resolution will be heard atthe General Assembly.  Note that each team member will vote at theCouncil Session while at the General Assembly the team will have onevote for their Nation.

Delegate Participation Rubric-This is how delegates receive feedback on their performance during theForum and how the "Best Delegate" award is determined.  Delegateparticipation is also considered as the top 10 nations are chosen forthe General Assembly and as the Outstanding & Superior Delegationsare determined.

**Only nations with top scores will be heard at the General Assembly**
